For institutions

A school or programme can run HUMAT preparation as cohorts: teachers assign practice and mocks, students sit papers in Exam Mode, and your staff keep teaching and mentorship. Licence term and reporting are discussed with us. There is no public institutional price.

How it would work

Teachers run the class; Vettamed supplies the papers.

It starts from a cohort: who invites the students, who assigns practice and mocks, and who sees completion. Teaching, diagnosis and mentorship stay with your staff; Vettamed supplies the practice and the assessment.

This is separate from educator seats, which cover the Scientific Thinking bank at the published seat price, with full papers on each student’s own Complete plan.

There is no public institutional price and nothing to buy online. We agree the scope with you before a licence is set up.

Roles

Who would decide what.

Owner

Agrees the licence, seat limit and billing with Vettamed. Vettamed sets those terms on your account; they cannot be changed from the educator app.

Admin

Runs cohorts, invitations and teacher memberships on the institution account.

Educator

Plans, assigned work and live mocks for their students. They teach; they do not set commercial terms.

Student

Practice and exams in Vettamed Desktop. They do not see other students’ work.

To discuss

Requirements we can discuss.

Institutions often ask for the following. None of them can be bought today; each is agreed case by case.

  • A completion report for assigned work, without question text, keys or explanations in a browser.
  • Your institution’s name on the student website; Exam Mode stays Vettamed.
  • A data-processing agreement signed as a document.
  • A full-paper allowance for the students in a cohort, separate from the Scientific Thinking seat.
  • Named support hours or an uptime commitment.

Single sign-on, a rebranded Exam Mode and round-the-clock support are not offered. Questions go to support@vettamed.com.
