The installers are not yet code-signed. Both macOS Gatekeeper and Windows SmartScreen will warn you on first launch. This is expected.
This public release is owner-approved but not yet code-signed or notarised. Until signing is added, macOS and Windows display their standard "unidentified developer" or "unrecognised application" warning for direct downloads. Verify the published SHA-256 before installing.
Each installer is built by GitHub Actions on a clean runner directly from the source code at github.com/emirucar1/vettamed-releases and the build logs are public. If you want to verify the file you downloaded matches the artifact GitHub published, the SHA-256 for every installer is shown on the download cards above.

Open the downloaded .pkg file. macOS may say "the installer cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer." This is expected.
Right-click the .pkg file and choose Open. macOS will show the same warning with an Open button — click Open.
Alternatively: System Settings > Privacy & Security > scroll down > click Open Anyway next to the Vettamed Desktop entry.
Continue through the installer normally. Once installed, launch Vettamed Desktop from Applications.
