Installers

Choose the installer for your computer.

The first computer you sign in on becomes your authorised device for protected sessions.

macOS

macOS 12 Monterey or later.

Not sure which Mac you have? Open the Apple menu and choose About This Mac: a Mac with Apple silicon lists a Chip, an Intel Mac lists a Processor.

Windows

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.

First launch

Opening it for the first time.

The Mac installers are signed and checked by Apple, so they open like any other app. The Windows installer is not yet signed by Microsoft, so Windows may ask you to confirm it once.

On a Mac

Open the installerDouble-click the downloaded .pkg file. macOS checks it automatically.
Complete the installationFollow the Installer steps and confirm with your password or Touch ID if macOS asks.
Open and sign inOpen Vettamed from Applications and sign in with the email you used at checkout.

If macOS says the installer is damaged or cannot verify it, delete that copy and download it again from this page. You should not need “Open Anyway”.

On Windows

Open the installerDouble-click the downloaded .exe file.
Confirm it in SmartScreenIf Windows says it protected your PC, click More info, then Run anyway.
Install and sign inFollow the installer, then open Vettamed from the Start menu and sign in with the email you used at checkout.

Verification

Check the file before you install.

Optional. When the SHA-256 of your download matches the value below, the file is exactly the installer Vettamed published.

Your first sign-in authorises this computer for protected sessions. To move to another computer, write to support@vettamed.com.
When a new version is published, Vettamed tells you and installs it when you agree.
