Two degrees, one test.
Both are single-cycle degrees in Medicine and Surgery (class LM-41), taught in English. MEDTEC School is the course Humanitas runs with Politecnico di Milano, combining medical training with engineering.
When you register, you choose one programme or both. If you choose both, you appear in both rankings, and your place in each depends on that programme’s weights.
The weights swap.

| SA · Scientific Thinking, Academic Literacy | +22 / −5.5 · maximum 440 · threshold 88 | +10 / −2.5 · maximum 200 · threshold 40 |

- Biology and Chemistry count the same for both: 320 points.
- Every section has a threshold in both programmes, so no section can be neglected.
- Ties are broken by SA for Medicine & Surgery and by MP for MEDTEC, then by BC, then in favour of the younger candidate.
