Official document checks

When we retrieve an official Humanitas page or PDF, we keep the date and a hash of the bytes. This is an operator checklist, not a service that runs continuously in production. A later call with no URL here remains unknown.

What this is

A dated check, not a live feed.

Vettamed does not change scoring or product rules because a script saw a different hash. A person has to read the official file and confirm the change.

The first successful retrieval is a baseline. It is not proof that nothing changed before or since, and one Apply page does not prove a document is absent from the rest of the web.

Failed fetches keep the last successful snapshot. PDF text that cannot be extracted stays uncertain, not a claimed syllabus change.
