Humanitas (HUMAT)
Humanitas runs two English-taught programmes: Medicine and Surgery and the bioengineering-focused MEDTEC. For 2026/27, both use one HUMAT: 60 multiple-choice questions in 120 minutes across three timed sections.
The published sections are Scientific Thinking & Academic Literacy, Biology & Chemistry, and Mathematics & Physics. Section weighting and eligibility thresholds differ by programme.
Use Humanitas University’s current call, syllabi, and evaluation documents as the format authority. Vettamed adds an independent rehearsal and evidence workflow around those sources.
UniSR (Vita-Salute San Raffaele)
San Raffaele runs an English-taught medical programme in Milan with an entrance test separate from HUMAT and IMAT.
The university publishes separate 2026/27 calls, dates, and quotas for EU-equivalent and non-EU candidates. Use the call for your category as the authority for eligibility and enrolment.
UniCatt (Cattolica)
Cattolica in Rome runs its own entrance test for the English-taught medical programme.
For 2026/27, the published test has 65 multiple-choice questions covering general culture, logic, biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, and ethical-religious culture. The official admissions page carries ranking and enrolment dates.
IMAT (public route)
IMAT is the national admissions route for English-taught public medical programmes in Italy. Its dates and process are governed through current national notices.
Vettamed does not currently cover IMAT preparation. Check Universitaly and the applicable official notice before relying on a date, format, or quota.
